1. Cookies and equivalent technologies This policy describes technologies actually used by the website rather than a generic catalogue.

2. Current status The site uses Cookiebot as its central platform for preferences concerning cookies and other non-essential technologies, with automatic blocking enabled. The Circolo does not intentionally integrate its own advertising tools or marketing pixels; the effective categories depend on the scripts actually present and the current Cookiebot scan.

3. PHP session A technical server-side PHP session supports security, continuity, CSRF protection and administrative functions. The browser may receive the session identifier. It is not used by the site for advertising profiling.

4. Security CSRF tokens and anti-abuse data protect forms and requests. Some information remains server-side and is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Preferences Technical preferences should only provide the requested function. Any future browser persistence must be added to the real inventory.

6. Analytics No analytics system is described as active unless present in code. If introduced it must be classified according to its real operation; analytics are not automatically technical.

7. Marketing Marketing/profiling identifiers must not load before an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent.

8. Third parties Plain links to social networks, WhatsApp, Telegram, SocioPro or SPU Card are not automatically described as site cookies if no third-party request occurs before clicking. Embeds require separate assessment. The map should load only after user action.

9. Current inventory PHP session: first party/application, session and security, strictly technical, session/server-configured duration, no consent. CSRF token: server session, form security, technical. Contact anti-abuse hash: server database, rate limiting; not a terminal cookie.

10. Consent Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent, though information is required. Future non-technical trackers must be blocked before choice where consent is required.

11. Cookiebot and consent management Cookiebot is active and is used to manage consent and prior blocking of non-essential technologies. Users can accept, reject or change their preferences through the banner. Configuration and scanning must be kept current whenever site services change.

12. Browser controls Users may manage cookies in browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may break session-dependent functions.

13. Changes Review this policy whenever scripts, embeds, analytics, advertising, consent management or tracking technologies change.
