1. Scope These terms govern informational website use and available event, contact and booking functions. They do not replace club rules, event-specific conditions or mandatory law.

2. Admission Where applicable, entry is reserved for members. Online booking is not membership, does not replace the physical or digital membership card and does not automatically guarantee admission if applicable requirements are not met.

To protect members, staff, guests and premises, the Association may restrict or prohibit access for conduct contrary to the Statute, internal rules, safety or respect for persons and premises. A measure may be temporary, indefinite or permanent according to the seriousness of the circumstances and decisions of the Association's competent bodies or authorised persons. An indefinite measure remains until review or revocation; a permanent measure may also subsequently be revoked by the Association.

3. Events Dates, times, programme, artists, services and availability may change for organisational, technical, safety or external reasons. Financial terms must be clearly shown before commitment.

4. Bookings Availability is independent for each event. Physical club tables are reused, but a booking for one event does not block the same table for another event.

5. Verification Where required, booking verification uses email OTP.

6. Accurate information Users must not misuse another identity, abusive automation or fake bookings to disrupt the service.

7. Cancellation/no-show Real cancellation, delay, no-show and table-release rules must be communicated consistently. Unconfigured penalties are not invented.

8. Payments If the site does not sell or take online payments, it must not present itself as e-commerce. Future payments require applicable pricing, refund and pre-contract information first.

9. Proper use Unauthorised access, security interference, abusive automation, booking manipulation and unlawful use are prohibited.

10. Intellectual property Brands, logos, text, photographs and graphics remain subject to their respective rights.

11. Event photographs Privacy information and image-related requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party services External links are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and notices.

13. Availability Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, security, updates or technical issues. No uninterrupted operation is promised beyond mandatory law.

14. Liability Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy Privacy and Cookie Policies must remain consistent with actual technical operation.

16. Changes Terms may be updated, without unfairly retroactive alteration of conditions already applicable to a booking.

17. Governing law/jurisdiction These must be completed according to the final operator and mandatory rules; no exclusive forum is invented while those facts remain unconfirmed.
